The City of Tyler paratransit service is a shared ride, public transportation service.
Requests for service must be made the day before the service is needed.
Trips can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance. ADA complimentary paratransit service
is provided to all origins and destinations within the service area defined as the City limits of Tyler.

Reservations may be made by calling our service provider, NDMJ, Ltd. at 903-592-3232.
Requests for Tyler Transit complementary paratransit service to certified ADA eligible users on
a particular day will be accommodated as long as the reservation is made anytime during the
previous day’s business hours.

Beginning January 1, 2011, the City of Tyler contracted its paratransit service to NDMJ, LTD.
Please contact NDMJ at 903-592-3232 directly to schedule your paratransit trips.

Tyler Transit will continue to take all complaints or comments via telephone or on our comments form.

If your complaint is concerning trips with origination and destination points within Tyler city limits, please contact Tyler Transit (903) 533-8057. Note: Tyler Transit provides paratransit trips that take place within city limits only. Tyler Transit has contracted with NDMJ, Inc. to provide Tyler paratransit services.
