It should not detract from the
residential character of the neighborhood and should be compatible with
existing residential usage; |

It should be incidental to the residential usage of the dwelling and not take up more than 500 square feet of floor area; |

Retail sales of the premises shall be prohibited; |

It shall employ only immediate members of the family that reside on the premises; |

In no case shall it be open to the public; |

No more than one Home Occupation shall be permitted within any single dwelling unit; |

No exterior indication of the home occupation; |
| |

No exterior storage of materials to be used in conjunction with a home occupation; |

No deliveries to or from a residence involving a home occupation; |
| |

No materials which decompose by detonation; |
| |

No production of offensive noises,
vibration, smoke, electrical interference, dust, odors, or heat. Any
noises, vibration, smoke, electrical interference, dust, odors, or heat
detectable beyond the property lines or beyond the walls of a
multi-family structure shall constitute a violation. |

All home occupations are subject to periodic inspections. |
