Eligibility
Members must reside inside the City limits and should not have any delinquent City taxes, City utilities or other City assessments, and must not have any pending claim against the City.ApplicationTo be considered, please submit the completed application to the City Clerk's Office. Board appointments are made in August of each year. Applications are accepted year round and will be kept on file until the next appointment process.
