A lifelong resident of Tyler, Criss Sudduth is a graduate of Robert E. Lee H.S. and Tyler Jr. College. Criss has been an independent insurance agent in Tyler for over 30 years and is the President of Ark Assurance Group, Inc.
Criss serves on numerous boards and committees for non-profit organizations. He currently serves on the Executive Committees of the Central East Texas Better Business Bureau, the Tyler Area Builders’ Association, County Rehabilitation Center, and SBMP, Inc. Sudduth’s past community service includes working on the Board of Directors for North Tyler Developmental Academy, Tyler Area Drug Abuse Program, Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce Contact Club, and the Independent Insurance Agents of Tyler.
Criss has been married to his wife Dana for over 35 years and they have three grown children and three grandchildren. He and Dana are active members of Green Acres Baptist Church where he currently Co-Coordinator of the 10:30 Resonate Worship service and is serving his second term as Chair of the Insurance Committee. He enjoys going to flea markets and traveling with his wife. When time permits he will go fishing, golfing and do a little wood working.
