What: Mayor Barbara Bass, in support of Habitat for Humanity of Smith County, will host a news conference to announce a new Habitat program to benefit senior citizens in Tyler and Smith County.
Habitat has partnered with the Tyler Chamber of Commerce Hispanic Business Alliance under the leadership of Price Arredondo to launch this new program. The program which will be funded by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) and Social Services Block Grants.
