Payment Plans
If you need to pay your fines out over time, the court will allow you to setup a monthly payment plan. If your cases are NOT a warrant, you will be required to place a $25.00 downpayment per offense towards your plan within your due date in order to establish the plan or a warrant will be issued for your arrest. If your offense(s) are a warrant you may be required to pay between $400-$600 down before establishing a monthly payment plan. You may contact the Court to inquire about your required payment amount. |

Community Service If you do not have employment or you are a full-time student, you can apply with the court to satisfy your fines through our City Department Community Service Program. Persons who have part-time employment are not eligible for community service. Providing false information to the court is a felony.
