Mayor's FitWalk Challenge

Step 1: Register!

Simply fill out the attached registration form and get a free pedometer to measure your success. (First 500 to register.)

Step 2: Walk!

Walk at least 30 minutes 3 times each week. Also try tips like parking farther from your destination and taking the stairs. (If unable to walk, other forms of exercise are acceptable.)

Always consult a physician before starting an exercise program.

Step 3: Track It!
Track your progress on the back of the registration card. When you reach the milestones, bring your card to City Hall at 212 N. Bonner to claim your rewards. Fill in the entire card, return it and be entered to win a Wii Fit gaming system. Download the tracking form by linking on the picture below.

Prizes:
Prizes can be redeemed by bringing your registration/tracking form to City Hall at 212 N. Bonner. The Communications Department is on the second floor.

Pedometer (first 500 to register)
Sunglasses (first 500 to walk six times in two weeks)
Sportsbottle (first 500 to walk 12 times in four weeks)
Sportsbag (first 500 to walk 21 times in 7 weeks)
Wii Fit (one winner; enter by walking 24 times in 8 weeks and bringing your completed card to City Hall: 212 N. Bonner) The drawing will take place on Dec. 16, 2011.

All prizes are picked up at City Hall: 212 N. Bonner. No prizes will be mailed.
Other forms of exercise are acceptable.
