Second Wanted Fugitive Arrested in Arkansas

On December 14, 2017 the United States Marshals Service arrested Dikembi Spencer in Forrest City Arkansas.  He was wanted by the Tyler Police Department for an Aggravated Robbery that occurred in Tyler on November 13, 2017.

Wanted Fugitive Arrested in Tyler

On December 4, 2017 the Tyler Police Department and the US Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested Devonte Black at 1600 Rice Road, Tyler, Texas. He was arrested for an aggravated robbery warrant out of the Tyler Police Department.

When officers arrested him, he was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Smith County Jail where he booked on the aggravated robbery warrant and the on sight Possession of Marijuana charges.

We are still looking for Dikembi Spencer. He is wanted by the Tyler Police Department for Aggravated Robbery.

Tyler Police Seek the Whereabouts of Two Wanted Individuals

The Tyler Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of two suspects, Devonte Antoinne Black and Dikembi Spencer. Devonte Black is a black male with date of birth 05/17/1994. Dikembi Spencer is a black male with date of birth 05/19/1998.

On November 14, 2017, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., an Aggravated Robbery occurred at the Fox Run Apartments located at 2601 SSE Loop 323 in Tyler, Texas. The suspects, Devonte Antoinne Black and Dikembi Spencer, robbed the victims at gunpoint.  During the robbery one pound of marijuana, and a firearm were stolen.

The suspects are considered armed and dangerous and need to be located.  Contact the Tyler Police Department if you have any information that will assist in the apprehension of these two dangerous suspects. 
Anyone with information about the suspects involved in this crime are urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833).  Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
