Planning & Zoning Commission to review proposed development on west end



On Tuesday, March 6 at 1:30 p.m., the City of Tyler Planning and Zoning Commission will review the zoning proposal submitted by Adams Engineering in regards to a proposed development in West Tyler. This is a public hearing as part of the rezoning deliberation process.


This meeting will take place at 212 N. Bonner (City Hall) in Council Chambers on the second floor. All are welcome to attend.


At this meeting, planning staff will provide their technical report and recommendation following the review of the application. Possible outcomes could be that the Planning and Zoning Commission decide to approve, deny or table the application for further review. Interviews with City staff and board officials will take place immediately upon recess.
