| Renew Your Materials |
Requests for renewals may be made by calling the Library at (903) 593-7323 or by email.
If you would prefer to renew your materials online you may follow this link to the Library’s online catalog. It is not necessary to use this page to renew your materials; you may go directly through the Search the Library Catalog link found on each of the webpage tabs. (Please note that overdue items or unpaid bills will prevent access to a patron's account. Please call for assistance.)
Instructions for online renewal:
At the Library’s online catalog, please click the My Account link, which will direct you to the My Account page shown below.

Choose the Renew My Materials link to be directed to the renewal page, an example of which follows. The User ID is the 14-digit number found on the back of your library card. The PIN is the phrase changeme, which is assigned by the Library’s online catalog at registration. Click the List Charged Items button next.

You may choose Renew Selected Items or Renew all as appropriate. Click the Renew Selected Items button.

Once you have clicked the Renew Selected Items button, you will be presented with a page that shows the results of your renewal request. If the items have renewed successfully, the new due date will appear. An example is shown below:

Notice that the first item could not be renewed because the renewal limit had been reached. An Item may be renewed once as long as no one has placed a hold on it. This item had already been renewed once and so could not be renewed again. The second item renewed successfully, and the new due date is shown. The third item could not be renewed because another patron had placed a hold on it. It must be returned by its original due date to avoid an overdue fine.
Overdue items or unpaid bills on a patron’s account will also prevent items from being renewed successfully.
If you have any questions about your renewals or experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact us by phone - (903) 593-7323 - or email, and we will be happy to assist you.
