Block Party  temporary closure of a residential street for the purposes of holding a neighborhood event

Parade -  a parade or procession on City streets including charity walks or walk-a-thons.

Street Closure  - For a temporary street closure of any kind on collector or higher street classifications.

Parade and Street Closure Applications must be submitted to the Police Department.
