  1. PD19-031 ETXPG LLC (2701 DONNYBROOK AVENUE)

Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “R-1A”, Single-Family Residential District to “PMF”, Planned Multi-Family Residential District with a final site plan on Lot 1M of NCB 830, one lot containing approximately 1.53 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Donnybrook Avenue and Wilma Street (2701 Donnybrook Avenue). The applicant is requesting the zone change in order to develop 18 units with an office space.

  1. PD19-037 CHM II LLC (3855, 3913, AND 3955 UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “C-1”, Light Commercial District to “PMXD-1”, Planned Mixed-Use District with a final site plan on Lots 5, 6 and 7 of NCB 1443F, three lots containing approximately 3.36 acres of land located east of the southeast corner of Woods Boulevard and University Boulevard. The applicant is requesting the zone change in order to develop a mixed-use retail and residential development.

  2. PD19-038 COPELAND POINT LLC AND COPELAND POINT OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC (6115 NEW COPELAND ROAD)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a “PCD”, Planned Commercial Development District final site plan amendment on Lots 23B and 23C of NCB 1513-A, two lots containing approximately 4.43 acres of land located north of the northwest intersection of New Copeland Road and Grande Boulevard (6115 New Copeland Road). The applicant is requesting the zone change in order to construct an additional commercial building.

  3. PD19-035 CHAPEL WOODS DEVELOPMENT LTD (3695 OLD OMEN ROAD)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “R-1A”, Single-Family Residential District to “PUR”, Planned Unit Residential District with a final site plan on an approximately 5.65 acre portion of a 22.24 acre tract of land located west of the intersection of Old Omen Road and Chapel Quarters (3695 Old Omen Road). The applicant is requesting the zone change in order to develop 23 detached single-family homes with a private street.

  4. Z19-041 BOHLMAN RITA ANN STAPLES (1950 EAST GRANDE BOULEVARD)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “AG”, Agricultural District to “C-2”, General Commercial District on Tract 3A, one lot containing approximately 4.40 acres of land located east of the northeast intersection of East Grande Boulevard and Paluxy Drive (1950 East Grande Boulevard). The applicant is requesting a zone change to allow for commercial development.

  5. PD19-036 PRESTON RIDGE PARTNERS LLC (7121 WALJIM STREET)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “R-1A”, Single-Family Residential District to “PUR”, Planned Unit Residential District with a final site plan on an approximately 19.03 acre tract of land located west of the intersection of Waljim Street and Muller Garden Road (7121 Waljim Street). The applicant is requesting the zone change in order to develop 76 detached single-family homes with a private street.

  6. S19-010 IGLESIA DE DIOS JESUSCRISTO (502 WEST BOW STREET)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending approval of a Special Use Permit amendment to allow for the installation of a radio antenna 52 feet from ground level for an indefinite period of time on Lot 17A of NCB 199, one lot totaling approximately 0.45 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Border Avenue and West Bow Street (520 West Bow Street). The property is zoned “C-2”, General Commercial District.

     

  7. Z19-037 HENSON TERRY (240 SOUTH MAHON AVENUE)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “C-1”, Light Commercial District to “R-2”, Two-Family Residential District on Lots 9 and 10 of NCB 621, two lots containing approximately 0.58 acres of land located at the northeast intersection of Mahon Avenue and East Earle Street (240 Mahon Avenue and 1526 East Earle Street). The applicant is requesting the zone change to allow for the development of duplex units.

     

  8. Z19-039 DEIBEL COMPANIES INC (5661 CHANDLER DRIVE AND 552, 610, 616 EISENHOWER DRIVE)

    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “C-1”, Light Commercial District to “R-1B”, Single-Family Residential District on Lots 25, 26 and 27 of NCB 1547 and “C-2”, General Commercial District on Lot 28 of NCB 1547, four lots located at the northeast intersection of Chandler Highway and Eisenhower Drive (5661 Chandler Highway and 552, 610 and 616 Eisenhower Drive). The applicant is requesting the zone change to allow for the development of single-family homes and general commercial uses.

  9. Z19-040 SHEFFIELD RONALD (1817 NORTH ENGLEWOOD AND 1818 NORTH CONFEDERATE)
    Request that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider recommending a zone change from “R-2”, Two-Family Residential District to “C-1”, Light Commercial District on Lots 5A, 5B, 11A, and 12A of NCB 542, four lots containing approximately 0.96 acres of land located at the northwest intersection of West Nutbush Street and North Confederate Avenue (1817 North Englewood Street and 1818 North Confederate Avenue). The applicant is requesting the zone change in order to allow for retail and office uses.

 PLATS:

  1. F19-110 WIMBERLY, DOUGLAS, AND PHILAPS ADDITION, FIRST AMENDMENT

A one lot subdivision containing approximately 0.69 acres of land located at the southeast corner of North Horace Avenue and Commerce Street. The property is currently zoned "R-2", Two Family Residential District. The purpose of the plat is to combine two lots.
