II. Discuss and consider minutes from the Main Street Board meeting on February 27, 2020 and the Special Called Main Street Board meeting on May 11, 2020.

III. Discuss and consider requests for reimbursement from the 2019 Downtown Revitalization Grant recipients. 
- TA & T Finance (214 W Erwin)
- Shane Murphy (430 W Elm)

IV. Discuss and consider temporarily amending the application requirements of the Downtown Revitalization Grant to include expenses related to recent COVID-19 financial impacts. 
 
V. Review Downtown draft SWOT analysis.

- Update on reopening
