The Spring Bulky Item Cleanup
Items may be placed on the curb starting March 29, 2020. The Bulky Item Truck may not get to your items on your normal pickup days but all items will be picked up by the following week.
If you cannot wait for the Free Bulky Item Pick Ups that are scheduled once in the Spring and once in the Fall, you can call our office at 903-531-1388 to schedule a Bulky Item Pick Up. (Residential Customers Only).
You must first place your items at the curb, then call our office so we can do a work order for the pick up. If you need an estimate, you must first have a work order in place with the items at the curb and we will send a supervisor out to give you an estimate. If your water account is in good standing, we can add the pick up fee to your water bill. If your account is terminating or is in arrears, you will have to come to the office to prepay the estimated amount. The Bulky Pick Up truck generally runs a couple times per week. We will not be able to give you an exact day the items will be picked up.
