Auctions are ongoing!

Live auctions will be advertised in the Tyler Paper, and items can be viewed and bid on GovDeals.

To schedule an appointment to view and pick up items, please call (903) 531-1323. Appointments will be at the Vehicle Services Department, located at 410 W. Oakwood St., during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To pick up a won item, bring the following:

  • Copy of invoice
  • Valid driver's license
  • Third Party Release Letter(PDF, 99KB) (if bidder is sending a representative)
  • Equipment necessary to remove won items (truck and trailer, wrecker, etc.)

Auction items include retired City vehicles, equipment, and property seized by the Tyler Police Department. You will also find a variety of surplus items, including furniture and office supplies, at our auctions.
