To Submit a Permit

(Building, Pool, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)

Step 1.Submit Application

Submit Master Registration Form(PDF, 109KB)

Step 2.Set Up Password

Staff will create your profile and send you your username and instructions on how to set up a password.

Step 3.Apply for Permit

Once logged in, apply for your permit.

Step 4.Permit is Processed

Permit Techs will process your permit.

Step 5.Check Status

Log in to see the status of your permit.

To Submit a Project

(Zoning, Variance, Subdivision Plat, Infrastructure Review, etc.)

Step 1.Create Account

Create a public registration.

Step 2.Apply

Once logged in, apply for your project.

Step 3.Project is Processed

Staff will process your project.

Step 4.Log in to Check Status

Log in to see the status of your project.

ProjectDox

Some projects submitted through eTRAKiT will then move to ProjectDox.

Step 1.Receive Verification Code

You will get an email notification from ProjectDox with a verification code.

Step 2.Receive Upload Email

You will receive a second email with an Applicant Upload Task to upload drawings or documents.

Step 3.Complete Tasks

Complete all Applicant Upload Tasks.

Step 4.Receive Comments

You will receive comments or your project will go under review.

Step 5.Receive Prescreen Corrections

If Permit Techs have comments, you will receive another email called Prescreen Corrections.

Step 6.Submit Payments

Submit payments on eTRAKit and complete task on ProjectDox.

Step 7.Download Approved Plans

You will receive a link to download approved plans.
