Organizational Development
Organizational Development serves as a strategic partner that continually strives to facilitate and enhance safety, organizational effectiveness, culture, learning and development, and employee engagement at the City of Tyler. All employee matters are handled with a Called to Serve attitude and a focus on equipping employees to identify and meet their career objectives while also helping departments achieve ideal outcomes.
We deliver diverse programs and services to City leaders and employees, including a variety of OD interventions, such as customizable training, consultation and collaboration, facilitation services, career coaching, conflict resolution, problem-solving, process improvement, and mentoring. OD promotes continual learning through a broad array of learning and development opportunities, including a dynamic Leadership Academy Program.
