What: South College Avenue will close between Elm Street and the Bank of America drive-thru on Monday, July 20, while crews complete tree work at the Smith County Historical Society at the corner of Elm Street and South College Avenue.
Detour signs will be in place to guide drivers. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on July 20.
