Over the past several years, utility customers have asked for more payment options, better account information, and tools that make managing utility accounts easier. On Wednesday, June 24, the City of Tyler took another step toward those goals when the new utility payment system went live.
The new payment provider, Invoice Cloud, introduces several expanded features designed to give people more flexibility in how they pay and manage their accounts.
Anyone currently enrolled in autopay will need to re-enroll in the new system.
All customers are encouraged to create an online profile at MyTylerUtilities.com to explore the various ways to pay their utility bill.
