Forms

If you need service for our next available day, please visit our office at 511 W. Locust St. Our business hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Applications received Monday through Friday can take up to 7 business days to be processed.

  • Request New Water Service - If you’ve never had service with Tyler Water Utilities or need to transfer service into your name, please complete this form.
  • Stop/Cancel Water Service - If you need to close your account, please complete this form.
  • Reconnect Rental Property - If you are the landlord and have had prior service at this location, please complete this form.

    If you have not had prior service, please use the “Request New Water Service” form.

  • Add Additional Service - If you want to add service at another location, please complete this form.
  • Transfer Water Service - If you want to move your current water service to a different location, please complete this form.
  • Connect Sewer Only Account -If you need to set up a sewer-only account, please complete this form.
  • Make an Account Change— Update your account details, such as your last name, mailing address, or add an additional name to your account.

How to Pay

Pay Online

Paying your utility bill online is quick and convenient. Customers can:

• View and print bills
• Make secure online payments
• Set up Auto Pay using a debit or credit card
• Manage multiple accounts under one login

Pay by Phone

Payments can be made by phone using a debit card, credit card or an e-check, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling (903) 531-1230 and selecting Option 1. Please note that customer service representatives are unable to process payments over the phone.

Autopay

We can set your account to automatically pay from your checking account or credit/debit card. Please bring your account to a $0 balance to avoid delays or disconnections on the autopay.

Checking Account:

To begin this service through your checking account, you must complete a Bank Draft Form. Once you have filled in your account details, we will process your request and notify you when the automatic payment setup is complete.

Credit/Debit Card:

To begin this service through your credit/debit card, please go to your customer portal and log in or create an account to set it up. You can choose a specific bill amount and decide what day you want the autopay.

 

Dropbox

We provide two drop boxes for a reliable, convenient way to pay.

  1. The main drop box is located in front of the Tyler Water Utilities building located at 511 W. Locust St.
  2.  The second drop box is located in the Rice Road Brookshire's grocery store parking lot near the mailboxes.

Payments can be made in the form of checks or money orders. Please do not leave cash. Both boxes are emptied at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday. Payments left after 8 a.m. will be posted the next business day.

 

At the Office

The Tyler Water Utilities Business Office is open for your convenience Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except during holidays) to pay your bill in person. We are located at 511 W. Locust St.

We also have a drive thru kiosk, located on the west side of the building, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be advised that change is not dispensed when payment is made by cash.

We accept debit/credit cards, cash, checks, and money orders in office and drive thru kiosk.
